The location is perfect, offering close access to various attractions. I appreciated the roof terrace for dinners with a great view. However, the kitchenette stove didn't work during my stay, and I experienced some WiFi issues that affected my work calls. Despite these drawbacks, I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, particularly the Paella, and found the housekeeping to maintain cleanliness in my room.

Home away from home
This place really felt like a second home. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. I had the most delicious in-room breakfast—seriously, don't skip that! The location was perfect, but the gym was a bit small for my liking. Still, the rooftop view at night was breathtaking!

Recommend it for solo travelers
The staff felt like family, especially Eliana who arranged everything for my arrival. Waldir was once my guide and concierge too, showing me around during my stay, it was like having a personal tour of the place.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but reasonable for the experience.

It was just a fine choice for a quick trip in Cali with excellent value for money. The kitchen staff was super accommodating and even found me a corkscrew when the restaurant was closed. Make sure to try the Paella while you're there. it's fantastic!
